I'm currently feeding a stray dog, and it behaves strangely when it gets close to me. At first, I thought it was sick, but then I realized it only does that when it gets near me and acts normally when it doesn't want to approach me.
Anyway, he follows me and approaches me as if circling or walking, looking at me from behind with his head close to his tail. He doesn't do it aggressively; it seems like he's being affectionate, but I stop him from getting any closer. When he does, he urinates, and sometimes he also lies on his back and stares at me, especially when I approach him myself. I think the dog is female; if that helps. I just want to know what this means, as I've never owned a dog before.
