Looking for a specific type of rain jacket for dogs…do they exist?

I saw an ad for a dog rain jacket that had four holes for the legs and the dog stepped into it, then the coat pulled up and over their back, securing on the back with Velcro (I assume). But it was for small dogs. Is there anything out there like that for 70ish pound dogs? Not with actual sleeves, but just holes for the legs. So kind of like those slings they put whales in, but that close at the back—for my big whale of a pittie.
