If im in a meeting or in the middle of a task and can’t join my pup outside for a play session but he wants to go outside I put him in a playpen in the backyard. I’m able to keep an eye on him, he’s safe, has toys and water and and has all of his needs met. When I do this he just sits there staring off into space. I can’t tell if he’s taking in all the sights and sounds or if he’s tragically sitting there bored out of his mind.
He’s not whining or barking so I my guess is he doesn’t hate it, but I’m just curious what others think!
