Need help to get my puppy to sleep

So i got a 10 week old golden retriever puppy, he is pretty calm and nice but he just doesn’t sleep or nap in the morning he will try to sleep but will wake up to the sound of a single footstep, and now its 12 am he is in his crate i and walk past him and he is smiling awake
