Buttttt for REAL our pup (10ish months) doesn’t nap if we are home and moving around the house.

We’ve had him about three months now and he’s gotten no better about adjusting to normal house noises. We don’t intentionally keep quiet; we’re up and about, chatting, doing chores, up and down the stairs. Sometimes there are quieter moments, but as long as there’s activity – FOMO. He’s gated to a confined area. It normally takes a few “Go sit DOWN.” commands before he does. He may chill on the couch, but his eyes are big and alert and he’s definitely not sleeping. He spends the day overtired and with terrible behavior.
The weather is warmer and our windows are open and it’s even worse with every single outside noise. 😩
White noise/TV/radio makes no difference.
IF he finally falls asleep, he might zonk for 45 min to an hour.
When we leave for work, even though he’s not perfect, he definitely settles and sleeps faster.
How do we get him to ignore everything around him? lol
