1 year and 3 days old, spayed, 3 pound female Chihuahua.
Almost every night before bed she grabs my arms with her arms and humps my arm for about 15-20 seconds, pauses like she just wore herself out for a minute, repeats. She does this for about 3 times, curls up and goes right to sleep. She has lots of stuffed animals, including 2 that are her "hump buddies." I've tried redirecting to those toys. I've tried thumping her, saying no, removing her from the bed. But she will not go to sleep usually until she does it. It's like a weird ritual. Has anyone else experienced this?
