International flight with a corgi

I recently took a job in Shanghai China and need to move there from US. I don’t have family here so I need to take my corgi with me, she is 26lbs and I wonder if there is any airline I can bring her into the cabin. I did hear stories about dog death while traveling as cargo so I don’t want to risk it. I can buy a ticket for her too if needed. Could someone give me advice?Thanks!
