Has anyone had any luck successfully reporting a breeder in the state of California? From my understanding pet stores are not allowed to breed and sell dogs at their pet stores. I have submitted a report online to LA County Animal Care and Control and have emailed the stopillegalbreeding animal care inbox. Any advice is welcomed!
