My late dog has been dead for 4 years now and I still have his leashes and harnesses sitting in a storage bin. I currently own a toy breed so none of my late dog's stuff works and I doubt I will own another medium to large breed for many years to come.
It feels wrong to toss perfectly usable items and when I tried to get rid of them on Facebook marketplace I didn't have any takers so they continue to sit dormant in my closet.
