My lab border collie mix is around 2yrs ild and she has been trained to do virtually everything the basics and more however whenever my wife and I leave for a work day specifically she uses the facilities in her crate (she is crate trained and views it as her safe space) we have tried everything I feel like from leaving her out and about with the other animals, calming chews, tv being left on, covering her crate so it’s dark, and positive reinforcement upon coming home. Does anyone have any ideas as to how we can potentially solve this issue as I’m fresh out of them.
