Looking for an harness for a deep chest dog with a small neck

My dog Sezar is 4 and always had a difficult time with harness. He is a rescue, he looks a bit like a whippet, with a narrow, deep chest. His chest make 26 inch and his neck, 14 inches, and he is 17 kg. I am located in Canada

All of the harness I ever tried end up looking sooner or later like a backpack that is too little, like its trying to pass over his shoulder.

Any harness that would fit an awkward body comfortably ?
