I have a 16 week old chiweenie puppy. He is obsessed with me, with my boyfriend not so much. He cries and whines for me but not with my boyfriend. On the other hand, he only attacks me and bites hair, face and my ankles. To my boyfriend- nothing. He completely ignores him. Why does he act so crazy with me even though I am clearly his favorite???? What can I do???
