He’s usually straight out the door as soon as I put the harness on. I’ve tried taking it off, waiting 15 minutes and putting it on again but it’s the same reaction. He’s never done this before and I’ve been walking him twice a day since he’s been fully vaccinated. The weather is clear and his diet hasn’t changed. Is this the puppy anxiety phase?
