We just rescued a 9 month old puppy. She’s perfect but has bad separation anxiety. She is kind of crate trained. She will go in the crate during the day to lay down and at night will sleep in the crate fine (she did bark and howl the first few nights but she doesn’t anymore).
However, if we leave during the day and put her in the crate she goes crazy and will bark and whine the whole time we are away and will destroy anything we put in the crate with her.
Anyone have any tips on what we can do to help her deal with being left alone?
