My dog got spayed when she was very little, will she be ok?

My dog was spayed by the shelter at only 3 months or so old. I know that can have so many risks with it. I feel miserable now. I love her so much and I don't know what to do. I mean she's been fine, I just don't know if there's something I should be doing. She's 5 months old now. She's a wire haired dachshund mix.
