Am I being scammed ?

The breeder I found on “Good Dog” had multiple reviews saying how excellent she was at responding quickly and updating through out the process. once I contacted her she immediately responded “one of the puppies is gonna be great for you” & said they’d receive updated pics in a few days. So I waited 5 days later and nothing. So I asked if a video would be possible when the pics are sent. (Wasnt trying to annoy her for pics but I was excited to see how he would look). Another 5 days & nothing . So I texted asking for an update on the puppies @7am and was left on read for hours. Then after double texting the same day i received videos and pics of the litter playing with each other but after saving them to my camera roll the pics said they were taken a week prior. So I was satisfied but was still a little skeptical.
