12 week aussie mix puppy grazing

i recently got a 12 week old puppy that is a australian shepherd/border collie mix about a week and a half ago. perfectly healthy, but she’s not food motivated at all.

when i first got her, she would eat her food in one sitting all of it, and then as time went on she would eat less and less and kinda just eat a couple bites and be done. if she’s hungry enough she’ll eat maybe a couple bites if i leave it out for her throughout the day. she drinks water with no problem all the time.

i don’t know if im overthinking it or if its something to be concerned over, shes still super energetic plays with everyone runs around chewing on everything acting like the average puppy from what i can tell.

i feed her the same food her previous owners was feeding her which is purina complete puppy chow. should i just leave her bowl for like 20 minutes then take it if she don’t eat and try again next meal time? i’ve tried adding water to soften it up but it’s the same result, ive also tried hand feeding or taking it out of the bowl. maybe shes still settling in the new house and new people?
