Is 9 hours in the crate too long for a 6 month old puppy overnight?

I have been taking my puppy out for her last potty around 10pm and then waking up at 7am to let her out.

She’s NEVER had an accident in her crate so I’m worried she may hold it longer than she should and get a UTI or something. She’s completely potty trained and I take her out every 2-4 hours when awake. I just want to make sure I’m got unintentionally damaging her urinary system by making her wait 9 hours overnight.

Anyone have experience with this? I’d love some advice. Thank you.
