Need muzzle recommendation for Havanese.

Hi there! We have a Havanese with some behavioral issues. When we are stationary he tends to bark at anything that walks within 50 feet of us and won't stop and he barks at any little noise he hears relentlessly. When we are at home we just deal with it but occasionally we need to travel with him and have had an awful time with him during hotel stays barking at anybody who makes a noise near our room all night long. We've tried giving him sedatives but he's ridiculously resistant to them. later this year we plan on spending some time outside the country and would need to bring him with but I don't want to take him on a plane just to have him bark for hours straight. I'm looking for muzzle recommendations specifically to stop barking i still want him to be able to breathe, pant, drink water or eat treats so I was looking at the Baskerville ultra on Amazon but wanted to see if anyone with a similar situation has had luck with other muzzles.
