Does he ever think about it?
What does he think about his relationship with me? Does he understand that I love him, or am I just the person who happens to be here? It's just weird to live around each other and share this bond loving without ever being able to verbalize it.
Is he content with the food he gets, the walks we take, the life we share?
Does he know that he's gonna die one day? Does that thought ever cross his mind, or does he live completely free from that weight?
Is he content? What is actually going on in his head? What does he think about all day long when he's just lying there, staring at nothing?
I wish I could get inside his head and have a peek.
I hope he's happy.
